Human Support Services: Our most extensive program assists families with food, shelter, clothes, financial assistance, and resource referrals. We serve approximately 2,600-3,000 families monthly in Jefferson County.

Family Support Services: Providing youth and family mentoring through programs such as Precious Pearls of Promise (young ladies 11-18), Diamonds in the Rough (young men 11-18), Parents Helping Parents, and private family sessions.

Education Support Services: Through our Inspire Education Academy, we assist youth aged 16 and young adults who did not complete their high school credentials, are court-involved, or face life barriers. We offer career pathways to hands-on trade programs.

Community Outreach: Includes our E.L.E.C.T. Teen Summit, Back 2 School Supplies Year-Round, Pop-Up Food Hubs, and collaboration opportunities that align with our mission.

Consider leaving a lasting legacy to Community Care Development Network through planned giving options such as a gift from your will, trust, estate, or life insurance policy. We are grateful for gifts of all sizes.
Bequests: A gift from your will or trust allows you to control your assets during your lifetime while leaving a generous legacy. Bequests can also potentially reduce estate taxes. You can designate a specific dollar amount or asset with a specific bequest.

Retirement Plan Gifts: You can name Community Care Development Network as a beneficiary of your 401k, IRA, 403B, or other qualified retirement plan. These gifts are fully tax-exempt.
Real Estate Gifts: Real estate can be donated as retained or standard gifts. Retained gifts allow for an immediate income tax deduction while continuing to use the property during your lifetime. Standard gifts can be made via your will or living trust.
Other Gifts: We also accept direct donations of stocks, bonds, mutual funds, gifts from Donor Advised Funds, and gifts from Charitable Remainder Trusts and Charitable Gift Annuities.

At the Center
Life Services
Community Food Hubs-CCDN has 6 community food hubs soon to be 9. Volunteers can help for a couple of hours or more. Help is needed in the following areas:

constructing food boxes, assembling toiletry bags and care packages,
-
unloading trucks on delivery days, and working community food hubs.
Intake Assistance-Assisting clients over the phone with completing essential needs applications, collecting documents and updating notes in the system, and resource research
Inspire Education Academy
Assisting students in the classroom with reading and literacy, job readiness, career planning, and mentoring
Youth Mentoring and Family Mentoring
CCDN is in need of volunteer speakers to assist with youth and family mentoring. Each quarter has a theme we work on that is faith-based.
Sponsoring
You can help sponsor in many areas from our E.LE.C.T. Teen Summits, Toiletry Drives, School Supply, Backpack Drives, Community Food Hub. Sponsorships help us build our supplies to give out to the community. Use the contact form to inquire more about sponsorship.
