Sponsor Registration is NOW open. Help us raise $25,000 to support youth this Christmas.
Registration for Families opens September 30,2024. CCDN will sponsor 100 youth only ages 0-18 this year. Once the 100 spots are filled registration will be closed.

About Christmas at CCDN:
Christmas at CCDN is all about making the holiday season brighter for marginalized youth in our community. Through sponsorship, you can play a vital role in ensuring these children experience the joy of Christmas.
Sponsorship Options:
You have two meaningful ways to participate in our program:

Gift Sponsorship: Purchase one "want" and one "need" for youth, creating a complete Christmas outfit, including shoes and undergarments. The sponsorship value is $150. Youth registration opens on September 30, 2024. Gift Sponsors will be assigned a youth when registration starts.

Monetary Donation: If you prefer not to shop, you can donate $150 per child. Our dedicated shoppers will select the gifts on your behalf.

Register: Complete the CCDN Sponsorship Form Click Here to Complete

For Shoppers-Gift Drop-off: Purchase the gifts for your sponsored youth and drop them off by Saturday, December 6, 2024, at 3:00 PM. The drop-off location is 1920 Old Springville Road, Center Point, AL 35215. We will also offer pick-up services on Wednesday, December 4th, and Friday, December 6th, for your convenience. Just call 205-586-0740 or text 205-306-2457 to arrange a pick-up.

Monetary Donation: If you do not have time to shop and would like to make a financial donation, please do so by clicking CCDN Christmas at CCDN Donation

Share Holiday Love: Spread holiday cheer by sending your sponsored youth a 30-second to 1-minute video message. Your heartfelt message will bring an extra dose of joy. Upload your registration form or email the video to tamika@ccommunitycaredn.org.
